PAYMENT TERMS: We accept payments via PayPal and Google CheckOut which include MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover Card. Once payment has been confirmed item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days, except for any custom items which will add 2-3 business days to your order.
US SHIPPING TERMS: Shipping and handling fees are flat rate, from the United States Post Office to the specified delivery location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS: Shipping to international buyers will be flat rate from the United States Post Office. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping rates.
REFUNDS and RETURNS: We hand make all of our items and carefully inspect them to make sure that they function properly before shipping. Should you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on the aromatherapy wraps.
